This study aims to examine the Effect of Digital Leadership, Organizational Culture on Career Development through Commitment as a mediating variable at Dinas PUPR Kota Lhokseumawe. The data used in this were 121 employees using Census method. analytical tool is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS (Analysis Moment Structure) tools. results show that digital leadership has no effect organizational commitment, but significant employee career development. Meanwhile, culture commitment and Furthermore, development Lhokseumawe employees. indirect relationship testing, it was found did not mediate between But mediates for City Public Works Housing Service Employees.
